Site Analysis

Gaffin Innovations will do site analysis on your chemical/power/food industry plants. The purpose of this analysis is to determine areas for improvement as it relates to off-line and on-line cleaning. The idea is to prevent de-integration of systems, shorten turn around times, ensure a safe cleaning process etc. This includes all areas of the plants that have the need for high pressure waterblasting or vacuum. This analysis will be clearly documented with suggestions for improvement.

Design For Online and Outage Solutions

Utilizing patent pending designs and systems cleaning can be done online thus saving precious downtime. It has also proven that since online cleaning can be done on a regular basis, environmentally protective equipment can be maintained at higher and more consistent removal of emissions.

Another area of expertise that Gaffin Innovations brings to the table is site modifications to industrial equipment for the purpose of easier and quicker cleanings. Our experience in the waterblasting/Vacuum fields have enabled us to make design changes such as access areas and doors, clean-outs, materials, etc. These changes have enabled companies to reduce the number of days reserved for downtime cleanings (scheduled outages).

Online cleaning of devices such as forced draft fan's, induced draft fan's etc. have increased the life of the fans themselves. Build up can cause these systems to run out of balance and significantly shorten the fan motor life span Regular online cleanings can greatly extend the life of the system and help insure proper air flow/induction throughout

Production of Sealed Access Systems for Online/Off-line Cleaning

Gaffin Innovations realizes that all industrial plants have unique designs to their systems. Therefore, we will customize all Sealed Access Systems needed for online/off-line cleaning access. Gaffin Innovations has Designed and patented many devices with the purpose of improvement of cleaning industrial systems.

Local Vendor Certification And Training

Gaffin Innovations will train and certify local waterblasting specialist to use the SAS and access methods. Gaffin will also offer consulting services on all other waterblasting and vacuum methods for your local preferred vendor .
